Hagler Bailly’s presence in Pakistan dates back to 1985 when it first opened a project office of the US-based parent company in the country. In 1990, it was transformed into a branch office of RCG/Hagler Bailly, Inc., USA, and subsequently it was incorporated locally as an independent business entity. Since its modest beginnings, the firm has grown substantially to become one of Pakistan’s preeminent consulting enterprises, staffed and operated by a highly qualified team of Pakistani professionals.
